Bilingual Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Primary Care Greensboro & Winston-Salem, North Carolina
A growing outpatient primary care practice serving the Greensboro and Winston-Salem area is seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while serving a diverse, primarily Spanish-speaking patient population.
Position Highlights Outpatient Primary Care
Greensboro & Winston-Salem, NC
Monday Saturday schedule (minimum one Saturday per month)
Rotating phone call only
athenaHealth EMR
Collaborative, team-oriented practice

Responsibilities Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform annual wellness visits, preventive care, and physicals
Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma/COPD, obesity, thyroid disorders, anxiety, and depression
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing
Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
Educate patients and families in both English and Spanish
Maintain accurate documentation in athenaHealth
Qualifications Certified NP/FNP or PA-C
North Carolina license (or eligible)
DEA (or eligible)
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, or Community Health experience preferred
