Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview
Outpatient primary care coverage including inbox coverage, prescription management, and patient messagingSee urgent and post discharge patients as neededMay also support annual wellness visitsEMR: Epic (experience preferred) Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Connecticut NP licenseComfort managing common primary care needs in an outpatient settingCandidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify Benefits
