Baptist Primary Care Roosevelt is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our established primary care practice in Jacksonville, Florida.

Opportunity Highlights Compensation starting at $119,000
Established outpatient primary care practice
Average patient volume of 16-20 patients per day
No call responsibilities
40 patient-facing hours per week
Epic EHR system
Collaborative and supportive care team
CME and professional development opportunities
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services
Manage acute and chronic conditions
Conduct wellness and preventative exams
Provide women's and men's health services
Perform hospital follow-up visits
Manage pediatric and adult patients
Coordinate care with physicians and specialists across the Baptist Health network
Qualifications Master's Degree in Nursing
Certified and Licensed APRN
Minimum of 2 years of Family Practice experience
Experience with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Florida licensure or eligibility required
