As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) at CenterWell Senior Primary Care , you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, pharmacists, care coaches, behavioral health specialists, and more all working together to deliver personalized, high-quality care.

You will work onsite at our NW Dallas clinic in Dallas, TX. You will report to our Associate Medical Director for Dallas, TX.
