Job description
Nurse Practitioner" inpatient admissions role
Full-time employed position
Daytime schedule only; no nights
Focus on new patient admissions and initial evaluations
Perform history and physicals and develop care plans
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
Collaborate with hospitalists, physicians, and care teams
Coordinate care with nursing, case management, and ancillary services
Assist with care transitions and discharge planning
Document encounters in EMR
