Job description
Location: Live Oak, FL
Schedule : M-F; 8am-5pm or 4-10s

At least 1 year of experience
Licensing: Must hold a valid FL license as a Nurse Practitioner. BLS and DEA must be active. Assistance with credentialing is available.
