Job description
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages at our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The NP practices independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver evidence-based, culturally competent, and patient-centered care. This role emphasizes prevention, chronic disease management, and health education in a community-based setting, often serving medically underserved populations.
