Permanent NP/PA Family Medicine Opportunity in Meadville, PA Position Overview - Specialty: Family Medicine- Provider Type: Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)- Position Type: Permanent- Location: Meadville, PA- Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinical Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions- Perform routine wellness visits, preventive care, and health screenings- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Schedule - Full-time outpatient schedule- Standard weekday clinic hours- No inpatient responsibilities- Limited or no call, depending on practice needs Requirements - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification- Board Certified as NP or PA- Active Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain- Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills Support & Practice Environment - Collaborative team-based care model- Experienced clinical and administrative support staff- Modern outpatient clinic setting- Access to specialty referrals and diagnostic services Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary- Comprehensive benefits package- Paid time off and CME allowance- Malpractice coverage- Retirement plan options Permanent Opportunity Summary - Specialty: Family Medicine- Provider Type: APP (NP or PA)- Location: Meadville, PA- Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care- Position Type: Permanent
