Primary Care NP/PA (High Compensation + Bonus) Mesa, AZ
$160,000 Base + Bonus (Up to $180,000+)
We re hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a fast-paced, high-performing Primary Care / Value-Based Care clinic in Mesa, AZ. This is a great fit for a provider who enjoys staying busy, leading a strong support team, and practicing efficiently with excellent structure.
Compensation & Benefits
$160,000 guaranteed base salary
Up to $20,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)
Total comp potential: $180,000+

Malpractice coverage
Schedule
Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
No weekends
Built-in workflow support: MA + Scribe
Protected admin time daily for chart closure
Role Expectations
Manage 23 patients/day (20-minute templates)
Address HEDIS care gaps and document HCC/RAF accurately
Requirements
Active NP (APRN) or PA-C license in AZ
3 years Primary Care / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine experience
Value-Based Care experience preferred
Athena EMR preferred
