Position: Family Nurse Practitioner
Setting: MinuteClinic In-Person, Patient-Facing

Position Overview MinuteClinic is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative clinical care team in Mishawaka, IN. The provider will deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic disease management, health counseling, and care coordination.
Schedule Clinic Hours:
Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Saturday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Sunday: 9:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Position Schedule:
Full-time
hours per week
Every other weekend
Possible holiday rotations
Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based primary and family care.
Accurately assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patient health conditions.
Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing.
Provide chronic disease management, health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness services.
Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare and well-being.
Manage patient appointments and follow-ups.
Complete administrative duties, including inventory, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean clinic environment.
Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care.
Current National Board Certification.
Master's Degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program .
Active Indiana NP license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
Ability to practice autonomously and work without direct supervision.
Strong verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Working knowledge of quality measurement and chronic disease management.
Proficiency with information management and technology.
Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure as needed.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC is required.
DEA registration may be required during onboarding.

This is an in-person, patient-facing position .
Onsite requirements: Mishawaka, IN / onsite as needed .
Prior CVS/Aetna experience is not required .
Verifiable High School Diploma/GED is required.
Unless otherwise noted, the position requires working three out of every six weekends , with possible holiday rotations.
