Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care in an inpatient psychiatric unit.
Manage a diverse patient population, starting from age 10 to the elderly.
Work collaboratively with a healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
Minimum of 2 years of independent practice experience
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
Must be a local candidate, familiar with the Massachusetts healthcare system
Working Hours Monday-Friday, Day Shifts
Skills Strong clinical skills in family medicine and psychiatric care
Ability to manage a high number of patient encounters per shift
