If you're a neonatal nurse practitioner (NNP) looking for a practice where you can provide exceptional newborn care while working alongside a supportive clinical team, TeamHealth has an opportunity for you at Baptist Memorial Hospital - Union County in New Albany, Mississippi.
As a valued member of our team, you'll care for newborn patients in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals who share a commitment to delivering high-quality, family-centered care. In this role, you will Provide comprehensive assessments and ongoing management of neonatal patients
Attend deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as appropriate
Evaluate, stabilize, and manage newborns requiring specialized care
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership to develop individualized care plans
Educate and support families throughout the newborn care experience
Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
