At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and our O'Fallon Clinic located at Highway K is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or FNP) to join our collegial Family Medicine office! Job Details:
100% outpatient family medicine clinic setting
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, regular clinic hours
NO nights/weekends/holidays !
Built-in admin time to support work/life harmony
Patient focused support staff with dedicated MA
Collegial office with 3 physicians and 5 Advanced Practitioners

Your Qualifications:
2 years of experience; preferably in primary care
Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
NPs must have Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification - will see patients from birth and up
Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Missouri
