JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active WA license
Board: Board Certification Required
DEA: Active WA DEA
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
Other Qualifications: Spanish or Russian language skills preferred; COVID and flu vaccination required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients from newborns to geriatrics.
Manage walk-in/acute care visits and chronic disease management.
Perform basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.
Collaborate with support staff including medical assistants, mental health therapists, and dietitians.
Maintain productivity of up to 18 patients per day in a fast-paced community health center environment.
