Part-Time FNP or PA - Same Day Care Clinic Payson, AZ

Qualifications:
Active Arizona FNP or PA license with DEA
National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) and current BLS
Minimum 1 year of experience in urgent care, same-day, or family practice required
