Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Portage, Indiana
We're hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants flexibility, mentorship, and meaningful community impact.
You'll step into an outpatient primary care role serving patients of all ages in a collaborative clinical environment. Strong administrative support allows you to focus on delivering quality patient care while maintaining a schedule that supports work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $115,000 based on experience
• Medical insurance with 75% employer-paid coverage
