Job description
An outpatient healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care NP/Physician for a locum assignment in Portsmouth, NH. This role provides primary care services in a clinic setting with a steady weekday schedule and clinical support onsite.
About the Opportunity:
Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient clinic
Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting
Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 18 to 20 patients
Deliver comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and follow-up care
Collaborate with MA and RN support to ensure smooth patient flow
Document patient encounters and care plans in Athena
Qualifications:
Active licensure or eligibility to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Experience providing primary care in an outpatient clinical setting
Desired Skills:
Experience using Athena
Comfort working in a team-based clinical environment
Ability to manage a steady patient schedule efficiently
