Job description
A Penn Medicine-affiliated ENT practice in Princeton, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its outpatient team. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary group focused on comprehensive patient care.
Position Details
Join a team of 26 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers
Outpatient practice with no call requirements
Average patient volume of approximately 15 patients per day
Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Leading compensation structure with bonus potential
Benefits package includes medical coverage, paid time off, retirement plan, and additional employee benefits
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of Nurse Practitioner experience
Experience in ENT, family medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, or a surgical specialty preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment
