We are seeking acompassionate and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join ourgrowing, mission-driven healthcare team in Quincy, MA. This role offers theopportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients whiledelivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care in both clinic andtelehealth settings.
As a Primary Care Provider,you will help patients achieve their health goals through comprehensive,person-centered care. Working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team,you will leverage innovative technology and a longitudinal care model to improveindividual and community wellness.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary:$130,000 - $165,000, based on experience

Qualifications:
Active NP license inMassachusetts, or the ability to obtain
National certification as aNurse Practitioner.
Minimum of 1-2 years ofclinical experience practicing as a NP in a primary care or related setting.
Strong clinical proficiencyin evidence-based primary care.
Experience utilizing EHRsystems and healthcare technology platforms.
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to connect with patients from variedbackgrounds.
Demonstratedprofessionalism, sound judgment, and commitment to patient confidentiality.
Ability to thrive in acollaborative, non-hierarchical team environment.
Strong organizational skillswith the ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
