Job description
This Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) role is based in Salem, Oregon , at a community health center recognized for its strong team-based care model, deep community roots, and commitment to access for underserved populations. Compensation & Benefits Include:
$15k Hiring bonus
$20k Relocation allowance
$1.5k Monthly housing and auto stipend per month for the first year
