We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center near San Jose CA. This outpatient-only position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to an underserved and diverse community. With no call responsibilities, you ll enjoy an excellent work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $155,000 $180,000 annually

Requirements:
Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in California (or eligibility to obtain).
Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Previous experience in primary care or community health preferred.
A commitment to serving underserved populations in a community health setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
