Job description
Take ownership of a facility-wide wound care program where your specialized expertise will directly influence healing, infection prevention and residents' quality of life.
Serve as the clinical authority for wound and ostomy care, leading assessments, cleaning, dressing, treatment planning and ongoing monitoring for residents throughout the facility.
Make decisions that matter while administering treatments, monitoring medications and identifying changes that require timely clinical intervention.
Use infection-control tracking, clinical documentation and outcome reporting to identify trends and continually improve the program.
Qualified candidates must hold an active New Jersey NP license and wound and ostomy certification; long-term care experience is preferred.
