This is an excellent opportunity for an NP or PA who enjoys comprehensive primary care and wants to work within a collaborative, mission-driven environment serving diverse and medically underserved communities. Providers are supported by dedicated clinical staff and bilingual Medical Assistants, with EPIC EMR used throughout the organization.
The organization is one of the largest community health systems in the Pacific Northwest, with more than 40 clinic locations across Washington and Oregon . This provides providers the opportunity to join a well-established organization with a significant regional presence while making a meaningful impact at the community level.
Position Highlights Additional productivity and patient satisfaction incentive opportunities
$15,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance
$50,000 in student loan repayment assistance
Monday Friday schedule
40-hour workweek with 34 clinical hours + 6 administrative hours
EPIC EMR

Comprehensive Benefits The organization offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, with employee-only coverage available at no monthly premium cost . Providers also receive malpractice insurance with no tail coverage required, a $3,100 annual CME allowance plus 40 hours of CME time , paid time off, paid holidays, professional license reimbursement, and retirement benefits.

About the Practice Providers deliver full-scope outpatient primary care with an emphasis on prevention, education, chronic disease management, continuity of care, and improving access for underserved populations. The patient population is culturally diverse and includes many Latino and migrant farmworker families.
This position is ideal for an APP who values community medicine, relationship-based care, cultural humility, and a collaborative practice environment .
Qualifications Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington State. Nurse Practitioners must have a Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP program, and Physician Assistants must have a Master's degree from an accredited PA program.
