Full-Time Primary Care Opportunity for an experienced APRN/PA with Millennium Physician Group. The provider will manage an established and growing patient population in a collaborative, value-based care environment, with dedicated clinical and administrative support. Millennium Physician Group, part of Mosaic Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our primary care team in Spring Hill, Florida .

What We re Looking For
Current Florida APRN or Physician Assistant license
BLS/ACLS certifications
Primary care experience preferred
