Job description
ul>Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for a skilled-nursing role where careful observation and confident clinical decisions can change a patient's entire course of care.
Move beyond treating isolated symptoms and gain a complete understanding of each patient's health, history and evolving needs.
Lead care through physical examinations, diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, medication management and ongoing follow-up.
Maintain a broad clinical skill set with patient education, preventive care, injections, suturing, wound management and infection care.
Coordinate closely with physicians, nurses and facility professionals to catch problems earlier and support safer recoveries.
