Job description
Seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient primary care team in Topsham, Maine, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive community-based practice.
Position Highlights: Full-time outpatient primary care position
Provide full-scope primary care across the lifespan
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate ongoing care
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and disease management
Modern EMR system and strong clinical support staff
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
Active Maine NP license or eligibility to obtain
DEA certification or eligibility
Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills
