Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

AMN Healthcare is partnering with a well-established, non-invasive General Cardiology practice in Central New York to recruit a Cardiology APP (NP/PA) for a 100% outpatient role. Located less than an hour east of Syracuse, this physician-led practice offers strong mentorship, predictable patient volume, minimal call, and no inpatient or procedural responsibilities; an ideal opportunity for an APP seeking long-term growth, stability, and work-life balance in cardiology.
Opportunity Highlights
Excellent Work-Life Balance - Fully outpatient practice with no hospital coverage
Collaborative Care Model - APPs independently evaluate new and established patients, develop treatment plans, and partner closely with the cardiologist for plan review and patient education
Predictable Patient Volume - Approximately 12 scheduled visits per day
Structured Training & Mentorship - Comprehensive onboarding period of 1-3 months with direct physician support to ensure confidence and long-term success
