Job description
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
A value-based company in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area is looking for Primacy Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team.
Responsibility: Primary Care Nurse Practitioners seeing patients in dialysis clinics. (5-7)
Managing patients with complex chronic illness
Primary care provider for patients with kidney failure
Telehealth can be utilized when clinics are geographically spread out, but they mainly want in person, face to face visits
Schedule: Team generally: Arrives around 7:00 AM
Leaves around 3:00/4:00 PM
Completes charting from home afterward
Preferred Background At least two years of Primary Care NP background
Experience managing complex chronic conditions
Nephrology (not required)
Compensation
Base Salary $140,000-150K plus bonus potential plus benefits
