Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Wenatchee, WA Practice Highlights - Full-time employed position- Inpatient and outpatient neurosurgery practice- Collaborate with an established team of neurosurgeons and orthopedic spine surgeons- Evaluate new and post-operative neurosurgical patients- First assist in cranial and spine procedures, including craniotomies, spinal instrumentation, and intrathecal baclofen pump placement- Perform VP shunt programming, lumbar drain management, ventricular/ICP monitoring, wound closure, hospital rounds, discharge planning, and ED consultations- Cross-trained to support all neurosurgery providers- Shared call responsibilities- Opportunity to work in both the operating room and clinic- Comprehensive multidisciplinary support Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary- Medical, dental, and vision insurance- Flexible spending and health savings accounts- Paid time off- Retirement plan- Life and long-term disability insurance- Tuition reimbursement- Gym membership discount- Employee Assistance Program- Adoption assistance- Shift differential and additional call pay opportunities Qualifications - Licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority in Washington (by start date)- BLS certification required- Neurosurgery or related surgical experience preferred
