Position: Family Nurse Practitioner
Setting: MinuteClinic In-Person, Patient-Facing

Position Overview MinuteClinic is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a collaborative clinical care team in West Springfield, MA. The provider will deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic disease management, health counseling, and care coordination.
Schedule Full-time: hours per week
Every other weekend
Possible holiday rotations
Onsite as needed
Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based primary and family care.
Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
Perform routine examinations and appropriate diagnostic testing.
Provide chronic disease management, health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness services.
Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare and well-being.
Manage patient appointments and patient follow-ups.
Complete administrative duties, including clinic opening/closing, inventory, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.
Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care.
Master's Degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program .
Current National Board Certification.
Active Massachusetts NP license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
Ability to practice autonomously and work without direct supervision.
Strong verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Working knowledge of quality measurement and chronic disease management.
Proficiency with information management and technology.
Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure as needed.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC is required.
DEA registration may be required during onboarding.

Onsite requirements: West Springfield, MA / onsite as needed .
Prior CVS/Aetna experience is not required .
Verifiable High School Diploma/GED is required.
Unless otherwise noted, this position requires working three out of every six weekends , with possible holiday rotations.
