Family Medicine NP/PA Opening in South CarolinaWilliston, SCFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a Family Medicine practice in Williston, South Carolina.Highlights:- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM- Optional evening clinic one day per week for schedule flexibility- Outpatient primary care practice- Team-based, patient-centered care model- Opportunity to care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients- Collaborative environment with physicians, APPs, nursing staff, and care coordinators- Community-focused practice with opportunities for outreach and preventive health initiativesResponsibilities:- Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies- Prescribe medications and manage ongoing patient care- Coordinate referrals and specialty care- Educate patients on disease prevention and self-management- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and chart reviews- Utilize EHR for documentation and care coordination- Participate in community activities such as health fairs, immunization campaigns, sports physicals, and occasional home visitsQualifications:- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program- Board Certified or Board Eligible- Active South Carolina license with prescriptive authority- DEA registration required- BLS certification required- ACLS preferred- Strong communication and teamwork skillsCompensation & Benefits:- Competitive compensation package- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance- Retirement plan- Paid time off- CME allowance- Malpractice coverage- Professional development opportunitiesCommunity Highlights:- Located in Williston, South Carolina- Small-town community with easy access to Aiken, Augusta, and Columbia- Low cost of living and family-friendly environment- Outdoor recreation, golf, and equestrian activities nearby- Convenient access to larger metropolitan amenities while maintaining a relaxed lifestyle
