Walk-In Clinic coveage
Average 20 PPD
Staff includes 2 APPs, 4 RNs, 1 MA and 2 Office Staff
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:00a-7:00p
Weekends/Holidays, 8:00a-1:00p
Patient Population: All ages
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing: 90 days
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin licensure
Board certification
AHA BLS certifications
Minimum 1-year Primary Care experience or equivalent
