Job description
A clinic in northern Minnesota is seeking a locum, temp to perm and perm advanced practice primary care provider.
Start Date: ASAP with credentialing - Likely July/August start or whenever you can start!
End Date: Ongoing 3 month initial contract
Hourly rate with transportation and housing provided
M-F 8-5
15-20 patients per day
