Arc Health is on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide essential outpatient primary care services at our tribal partner outpatient facility. Position Highlights:
Locums Opportunity: Immediate availability upon credentialing. We are seeking a clinician who is board certified, culturally humble, and deeply committed to enhancing the quality of care for American Indian communities.
Commitment: We are looking for someone who is adaptable and ready to meet the unique needs of this hospital, with a commitment to a minimum 12-week assignment.
Location & Population:
Located in Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle, NM, approximately 30 miles south of Bloomfield, NM, the health center is under the administrative oversight of the Shiprock Service Unit. Established in 1984, DZHC serves the communities of Huerfano, Nageezi, and Counselor Chapters, as well as IHS beneficiaries from the urban towns of Bloomfield, Aztec, and Farmington, NM.
