Job description
A healthcare network in Massachusetts is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Primary Care team in Boston.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 32 hours a week
Setting: 100% outpatient
Patient population: All ages
Responsibilities:
Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Performing in-office procedures, as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an Outpatient Patient Care
Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
MA Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
Great interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
Strong attention to detail
