Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in WA Located in Brewster, WA Full-Time, Permanent Hospital-EmployedPractice Overview:Full-time Family Medicine APP opportunity in Brewster, Washington
Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
State-of-the-art primary care clinic setting
Join a rural primary care team with 1 physician and 1 advanced practice provider
Flexible schedule options available
Option for 4-day/10-hour shifts with 8.5 hours of patient contact
Option for 5-day/8-hour shifts
Clinic open Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
EMR: Epic
Government-qualified site with HPSA score of 16
Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
No telemedicine
No visa sponsorship

Organization-wide team includes 300+ physicians and 170 advanced practice clinicians

Compensation & Recruitment Package:Competitive yearly salary range: $138,000 - $160,000 , based on experience
RVU production bonus
Signing bonus
Internal student loan repayment up to $24,000
Relocation stipend of $5,000 paid in first paycheck
CME allowance of $5,000 every two years

Job Qualifications:Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Family Medicine, Primary Care, Rural Health, or related outpatient experience preferred
Spanish-speaking ability preferred
Washington license or eligibility
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, and clinic support staff
Strong communication skills with patients and families
Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
