Private practice in North side of Chicago seeks Family nurse practitioner or physician assistant for group. See full scope of ages. 100% percent out-patient. Must speak Spanish. Normal M-F hours. Practice also has vein clinic associated and provider has option to be trained in those procedures. Very competitive composition package. Call Michael at or with details.
