Job description
Primary Care APP opening Äì Conway, SC 10 miles from Myrtle BeachPosition DetailsOutpatient-only primary care role
Monday ÄìThursday: 8:00 am Äì 5:00 pm Friday: 8:00 am Äì 12:00 pm
36 clinical hours plus 4 administrative hours per week
Call shared 1:7 Äì1:8, with after-hours triage handled by a nurse line
Dedicated nurse and full clinical support team
EMR: Cerner with Dragon dictation and ambient AI charting support
Patient-centered, collaborative practice environment with strong provider autonomy
Clinical ResponsibilitiesSee approximately 20 Äì25+ patients per day
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
Preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
Perform in-office procedures including:
- Skin biopsies - Joint injections - Minor dermatologic procedures - Women Äôs health servicesRequirementsFamily Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Appropriate state licensure (or eligibility)
Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
Strong interest in building long-term patient relationships
Team-oriented, patient-first mindset
