Physician Assistant (PA) - Primary & Urgent Care Up to $300K PotentialClinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization to hire a Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time evening shift role in Crescent City, California.This provider will treat both primary care and urgent care patients in a collaborative outpatient clinic focused on expanding access to care for the community.This is a Direct Hire Opportunity.Job SummaryThe Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive patient care during evening hours (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM), managing both scheduled primary care visits and walk-in urgent care cases. This role offers the opportunity to practice broad-scope outpatient medicine in a supportive and fast-paced clinical environment.Key Responsibilities Provide primary care and urgent care services in an outpatient clinic settingEvaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditionsPerform minor procedures and urgent care evaluationsDeliver preventive care and patient educationCollaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure quality patient outcomesMaintain accurate and timely medical documentationQualifications Licensed Physician Assistant (PA)Active and unrestricted California PA licenseBoard certification required (NCCPA)Experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine preferredComfortable treating acute and chronic conditions in a fast-paced settingStrong communication and clinical decision-making skillsPosition Overview Schedule: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AMClinic days: Sunday - FridayClinical hours: 33 - 40 hours per weekPatient volume: Approximately 3 patients per hourCombination of primary care and urgent care visitsCompensation Base salary: $160,000 - $200,000 depending on experienceIncentive bonus structure availableProviders working 40 clinical hours per week and seeing 3 patients per hour can earn up to $300,000 annuallyBenefits Comprehensive benefits packageRelocation assistance available through Stallant HealthAdditional relocation support may be available through Partnership Health Plan depending on candidate locationSupportive clinical environment with strong operational infrastructure
