General Summary Provides diagnosis and treatment of patients within the scope of practice as defined by all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations, protocols, etc. and within the individual Advanced Practice Provider's (APP) particular clinical specialty area, licensure and competency level. Performs acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures as appropriate.

What You?ll Champion:
Join a well-established, high-volume Family Medicine practice in Dallastown, Pennsylvania, providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
Full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) position with a collaborative, patient-focused care team.
Monday through Friday schedule with one evening per week and a 1:10 weekend call rotation, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
Deliver comprehensive primary care, including patient histories, physical examinations, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in an outpatient setting.
Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and coordinate follow-up care.
Provide preventive health services, including annual wellness visits, immunizations, health screenings, and patient education.
Build long-term relationships with patients and families while promoting health, wellness, and disease prevention.
Work alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff in a collaborative environment.
Ideal candidate will have Family Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Minimum Education: Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience: 1 year Required
Licenses: Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training: BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
