Job description
A well-established,physician-owned multispecialty medical group in Fall River, Massachusetts isseeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join theoffice-based practice of an experienced Family Medicine physician. This is anexcellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-focusedenvironment with a strong emphasis on continuity of care and work-life balance. The position is availablefull-time (36-40 hours per week, four days per week with Thursdays off and nonights or weekends). Part-time scheduling (2-3 days per week) may also beconsidered for qualified candidates.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient Family Medicinepractice
Four-day workweek forfull-time providers
No evenings, nights, call,or weekend responsibilities
Collaborative practice withphysician supervision and support
Immediate opening withexpedited onboarding
Part-time option available(2-3 days per week)
Compensation & Benefits:
$120,000 - $150,000

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accreditedNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Active Massachusetts NP orPA license.
Current DEA registration.
Massachusetts ControlledSubstances Registration (MCSR).
Strong clinical judgment andcommitment to patient-centered care.
Ability to workindependently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Prior primary careexperience preferred.
Recent graduates with strongclinical training and confidence in patient management are encouraged to apply.
Fluency in Portuguese ishighly desirable.
