Work Dates Needed:8/31/2026-9/11/2026
Preferred Schedule: Mon/Thurs/Friday from 7a-3p and Tues/Wed from 12p-8p
Worksite Setting: Onsite Outpatient Health Clinic
Scope: 8-15 ppd, all ages, primary care, employee health
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OH license, BLS and DEA. Must be able to see all ages. Primary Care experience
