Job description
A well-established primary care team is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join practices at various locations across Connecticut.
Position Highlights:
100% outpatient Family Medicine birth through adult
Full-time, weekdays only
No call
Established, collaborative primary care teams
Work alongside physicians, APPs, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, and experienced clinical staff
Strong provider, nursing, MA, and front-office collaboration
Manage an established patient panel
Access to multidisciplinary support and specialty resources
EPIC electronic medical record
Dedicated support through an Office of Advanced Practice

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of traditional primary care experience managing a patient panel
Demonstrated ability to see 18+ patients per day
APRN/Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant training
Unrestricted Connecticut medical license or eligibility
Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credentials appropriate for primary care practice
