Office-Based Telehealth - Los Angeles, California, Primary Care NP/PA Job

Permanent job opening
Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner or physician assistant
Provide telehealth patient care from the organization's administrative office in Highland Park, Los Angeles
Daily onsite attendance is required; this is not a work-from-home position
Must have at least one year of post-training NP/PA experience
Urgent care or acute care experience preferred, but not required
Full-time position
FQHC setting serving an underserved population
Hiring due to growth and community need
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
No weekends, no call, and no hospital work
See patients of all ages
Expected patient volume: 30-35 patients per day
Spanish-speaking proficiency required due to the patient population
Patient population primarily includes Medi-Cal, Medicare, and three county insurance programs
Practice also accepts some HMO/PPO and self-pay patients
