Job description
A growing employee health clinic in Mobeetie, Texas is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time contract assignment supporting employees in a primary care and occupational medicine setting. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new clinic as it launches operations and help establish high-quality healthcare services for the workforce.
This role is ideal for Physician Assistants who enjoy a combination of primary care, occupational health, wellness services, and injury management in a collaborative outpatient environment.

Practice Setting Providers will support an employee health clinic serving workers in an industrial environment. Care will include routine primary care services, occupational medicine evaluations, workplace injury management, preventive care, and employee wellness initiatives.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with employees while helping support workplace health and safety goals.
Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
Conduct occupational medicine evaluations
Manage workplace injuries and return-to-work assessments
Perform routine physical examinations and health screenings
Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations
Provide preventive care and wellness counseling
Document patient encounters within EPIC
Coordinate care with supervising physicians and healthcare team members
Schedule 40 Hours Per Week
Monday-Friday
Shift times to be determined
Additional Details Providers must be flexible with scheduling
New clinic site with evolving operational needs
Start Date: December 2026

Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
NCCPA Certification
Active Texas Physician Assistant License
Active DEA Registration
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in:Primary Care
Occupational Health
Experience in outpatient clinical settings
Preferred EPIC EMR experience
Employee Health experience
Occupational Medicine experience
Workers' Compensation experience
Industrial or manufacturing clinic experience
