Bilingual Physician Assistant (Vietnamese Speaking) New Orleans, Louisiana Compensation: $105,000 $145,000
Job Type: Full-Time Monday Friday Outpatient Primary Care
Join a Mission-Driven Primary Care Team Serving the New Orleans Community She Recruits is partnering with a respected healthcare organization to recruit a Bilingual Physician Assistant (PA) for an outpatient primary care opportunity in New Orleans, Louisiana .
This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, relationship-based primary care to patients of all ages while making a meaningful impact within a diverse and culturally rich community. You'll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, delivering preventive care, managing acute and chronic conditions, and helping improve healthcare access for Vietnamese-speaking patients.

Position Highlights Comprehensive outpatient primary care
Care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Preventive medicine and wellness visits
Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic illnesses
Chronic disease management
Patient education and preventive health counseling
Collaborative multidisciplinary practice
Established workflows and strong support staff
Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and preventive health screenings
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across the lifespan
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving long-term health outcomes
Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic testing
Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with Louisiana regulations
Provide preventive care and educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and chronic disease management
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals
Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current NCCPA certification
Active Louisiana Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain)
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive patient care
Preferred One year of primary care experience
New graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $105,000 $145,000 based on experience
