Job description
A respected, value based Internal Medicine group is seeking a Physician Assistant for its East Orlando clinic . With seven outpatient locations across Orange and Volusia counties, this organization is known for its collaborative culture, low provider turnover, and strong focus on high quality, patient centered care. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team that emphasizes quality over quantity.
Position Highlights
Manage a manageable schedule of 8-12 patients per day
Primary focus on wellness visits and preventative care for adults 65+
Occasional sick visits for established patients
Monday-Friday, daytime schedule
Value based care model serving Medicare Advantage patients (Humana, CarePlus, Aetna)
Outpatient-only setting-no nights, weekends, or call requirements
Top-tier salary commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential

NCCPA certification
