Family Medicine APP opening in Oroville, WA Full-Time Four-Day Work Week Rural Primary Care Loan RepaymentA rural primary care clinic in Oroville, Washington is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide Family Medicine care in an autonomous practice setting with collaborative support.Opportunity Highlights:Full-time Family Medicine APP opportunity
Rural primary care setting with strong specialty support
Open to experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Team includes 1 physician, 1 experienced APP, MA-C support, and RN support
Autonomous rural medicine role with collaborative backup
Four-day work week
Flexible scheduling available
EMR: Epic
Government-qualified site with HPSA score of 15

Compensation and Benefits:Competitive yearly salary range: $138,000 - $160,000 , based on experience

Candidate Requirements:Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Washington license or eligibility
Family Medicine, Primary Care, Rural Health, or related outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication skills with patients and families
Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
Comfortable practicing with autonomy in a rural medicine setting
Interest in community-based care and rural primary care medicine
