Post-Acute Care NP/PA Opening - Roswell, New MexicoLocation: Roswell, NMType: Full-Time (4 Days Per Week)Specialty: Post-Acute Care (NP/PA)Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a post-acute care team in the Roswell, New Mexico area. This role focuses on rounding in skilled nursing facilities while working within a supportive clinical environment that offers strong autonomy and flexible scheduling.Position Highlights:Full-time schedule working 4 days per weekRounding in skilled nursing facilitiesSupportive clinical leadership and training resourcesHigh degree of autonomy in patient careFlexible schedule to support work-life balanceNo primary night callResponsibilities:Perform comprehensive patient assessments including medical history and physical examsDevelop and manage individualized patient care plansMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teamsMaintain accurate documentation and medical recordsQualifications:Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantEligible for New Mexico NP or PA licensureStrong clinical assessment and communication skillsTeam-oriented with ability to work independentlyCompensation & Benefits:Fee-for-service compensation modelExpected annual compensation: $102,000 - $121,000 with uncapped productivity income potentialHealth, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) retirement planFlexible spending accountGuaranteed paid time offSigning bonus and relocation incentives availableHighly competitive compensation with uncapped monthly bonusesPaid professional liability insurance with tail coverage
