FM Advanced Practice Provider openings in COLocated in Fairplay and WestcliffeFull-time; permanentOutpatientSeeking two (2) experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) - one to join our clinic in Fairplay and one to join our clinic in Westcliffe.
